Child tickets are available for those aged 5-15 inclusive and holders of the Network West Midlands 16-18 photocard.

Student tickets are only available to those in full time education aged 18+ and those aged 16-18 who are NOT entitled to the Network West Midlands 16-18 photocard

Concessionary Passholders are those who possess the English National Concessionary Travel Pass either through age or disability.

The criteria for Group/Family tickets varies from ticket to ticket; please check full ticket descriptions for further details.

Off Peak travel covers the period from 09:30 to 15:29 and then from 18:00 to the end of a normal daytime service Monday to Friday and all day weekends and Bank Holidays. Not all off peak tickets are restricted to these times only, please check the full ticket description for variations.
